Everyone deserves to be remembered.

At Marion Community Foundation, you can create a memorial fund to honor someone special and keep their memory alive forever.

Here’s How It Works:

Choose a Charity

Pick a local cause or organization that meant a lot to your loved one–like a church, school, or nonprofit

Invite Others to Contribute

Ask family and friends to donate to the fund in memory or in honor of your loved one.

Keep Their Memory Alive

The fund will carry their name and continue to help others in your community for years to come.

GIVE to a

One of our oldest scholarships, the Mandy Kruder Memorial Scholarship Fund was created in 2002 by her parents, to memorialize a young life lost too soon. Mandy was a top student, actively & successfully involved at school – from music and writing to student council and Teen Institute to cheerleading and homecoming queen. The scholarship in her honor annually supports high achieving students like her — forever. READ MORE
