2024-25 Board of Directors: Members & Officers
Marion Community Foundation wishes to express our appreciation for the past year of service of Dr. Charles Speelman, as chair of the Board of Directors. Speelman’s term as a Board member continues through 2027. He serves on the Investment and Audit committees.
Two Board members’ have competed their terms, Sarah Rassell and Francis Voll. Rassell and Voll have served 3 and 12 years, respectively. This was Voll’s second term, having served in 2006-2008 and 2015-2024.
Jennifer Lawson was elected as a new Director for the July 2024-June 2027 term. She is the new Director of Programs and Student Success at Tri-Rivers Career Center. She also owns a downtown boutique, Finding Center Wellness Studio.
Once elected, Board members serve a 3-year term, which is renewable twice. Directors continuing on the Board through 2027 include: Tom Schifer, Dr. Ryan McCall, and Spencer Mathews.
