Marion Technical College Foundation Endowment Funds
The Marion Technical College Foundation Endowment Funds are a group of charitable funds united in their support of MTC’s educational mission to the Marion area. Each fund was established to honor an individual or organization which supports the college.

Created by Sally L. Small and MTC employees in 2014 to support scholarships for Arts & Sciences students
Augenstein Family Fund
Created by Mike Augenstein, Tina Lust, and Doug Augenstein in 2023 to honor their father, Richard D. Augenstein, and support scholarships for second-year students in MTC’s Physical Therapist Assistant program
BMA Technologies Fund
Created at MTC in 1988 to support scholarships for students with a 3.5 GPA and financial need
Dr. David & Alice Bailey Fund
Created by Dr. David & Alice Bailey in 2021 to provide scholarships for Tri-Rivers graduates in their second year at MTC
Bryson Family Leadership Fund
Created by Dr. Richard & Janet Bryson to support scholarships for students with demonstrated college or community involvement
Donna Day Fund
Established by Kathy Rice in 2022 to honor her former elementary teacher and support scholarships for second-year students from Green Camp
Betty M. Dietsch Fund
Created by Betty Dietsch in 2011 to support scholarships for single mothers studying Health Technologies
Drew Family Fund
Created by Dr. Scott & Pam Drew in 2022 to provide awards for textbooks to first semester students
Education Equity Fund
Created by MTC employees and friends in 2021 in memory of George Floyd and others whose lives were cut short by racial and social injustice to provide scholarships for incoming students from an underrepresented group
Carolyn Files Fund
Created in Scott & Tammy Files in 2021 to honor their mother and provide scholarships for engineering students
