Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial functions to help achieve Marion Community Foundation’s vision and goals. The position reports to the President & CEO and will work cooperatively with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteer committees, Chief Investment Officer, local financial advisors, and financial institutions to develop and implement financial strategies and goals. The Finance Manager is essential to the financial health, stability, compliance, and growth of our Foundation.

Donor Relations Manager

We are seeking a Donor Relations Manager to develop and lead a comprehensive development program to help achieve Marion Community Foundation’s vision and goals. The Donor Relations Manager reports to the President & CEO. The Donor Relations Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive donor relations program that includes fund development, stewardship, major gifts, planned giving, special events, marketing and communications.
