Walter Linn & Colleen Fiant Fund

Walter Linn and Colleen Fiant have lived in or around Marion all of their lives. Walter sold oil products under the BP and Sohio name for many years. Colleen worked for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction serving the community.

Having both been raised on farms and now farming themselves, living and working in the Marion area, they value good stewardship of their blessings. Giving back to the community, through their time, talents, and treasures, is Walter and Colleen’s collective desire for their hometown of Marion.

They believe their community is “worth the investment.” Because they have been blessed by living and working in the community for many years, they desire to “give back” to the community in the years to come. The Fiants are excited to continue to give back to the community in a new way through their fund at Marion Community Foundation. It is their heart’s desire to enrich the community through their time, talents, and treasures.
