Ridgemont Scholarship Non-Endowed Fund
The Ridgemont Scholarship Fund, exemplifies the spirit of altruism, as it was created and continues to be funded by an anonymous donor who specifically wishes to support the students of Ridgemont High School. One of the few scholarships at Marion Community Foundation that makes awards to individuals outside of Marion County, it is available to graduating seniors from Ridgemont High School, veterans of the U.S. armed forces, non-traditional students, and graduates from the Ridgeway (Ohio) community.
Recipients must have attended Ridgemont for a minimum of two years and be ranked in the upper 30th percentile of their graduating class. Other considerations include academic achievement and potential, financial need, and community service and school citizenship.
