Pillar Credit Union Teachers Fund

Created by the Board of Pillar Credit Union in 2019, this field of interest fund provides grants to any of the public or private school districts located in Marion County, Ohio.

The purpose of the grants is to assist individual classroom teachers, or small teams of classroom teachers, foster and develop programs, projects, events, or lessons for Kindergarten through 12th Grade classrooms. The grants will be awarded to the school district for the benefit of the individual classroom teachers, or teams of teachers, to fund impactful, interesting, stimulating, motivating, innovative, or creative programs, projects, events, or lessons in the classroom that are not supported by regular school budgets.

Awards are made from this fund annually as part of the TEACH Grants Program at Marion Community Foundation.
