Johnny McDaniel Memorial Fund

The Johnny McDaniel Memorial Fund was created in 2020 to honor its namesake. It is a designated fund benefiting the Marion Area Humane Society.

John (1959-2020) was a life-long Marion resident, and graduate of Marion Harding High School and The Ohio State University. He made his career with the family business, O&M Company, and was dedicated to and protective of his beloved family.

John was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Gyro Club, Marion Country Club, and VFW Post 7201; he served on the board of the Marion Family YMCA. He was known for his love of the outdoors, his dogs, and his ever-ready sense of humor.
