Bonnie Lou Earhart Fund

The Bonnie Lou Earhart Fund is a donor advised fund created in 2023 by daughters Lisa Bush and Mary Antjas, and niece, Brandie Smith.

To honor her memory and legacy, the Bonnie Lou Earhart Fund was established at the Marion Community Foundation as a lasting tribute to her life and the love she gave so freely. The fund enables the family to support causes near and dear to Bonnie’s heart, especially the Victory Center Church of God on Fairground Street.

In 2021, according to daughter Lisa, Bonnie Lou Earhart was diagnosed with breast cancer after missing her mammogram appointments during the height of COVID. She passed away in 2023 at the age of 85.

She was a loving, caring woman who deeply cherished her church family and those around her. Her strength, warmth, and unwavering faith continue to inspire.

Bonnie (1938-2023) was born in Marion and served as a realtor for over 30 years. Faith was her true passion. She served as a Sunday School teacher, leader of Women’s Ministries, and leader of Young at Heart at Victory Center Church of God. Bonnie was instrumental in starting the Visitation Ministry at the church where they went into the community to visit and take food to those in need.
