S. Fredrick & Suzanne Zeigler Charitable Fund
The S. Fredrick & Suzanne Zeigler Charitable Fund is a donor advised fund, created by its namesakes in 2010. With a focus on helping others in need, the Zeiglers have chosen to support numerous nonprofits in Marion over the years with grant awards from their fund.
Recipients have included the Boys & Girls Club of Marion, Buckeye Ridge Habitat for Humanity, Turning Point, Mobile Meals of Marion County, Salvation Army, Marion Shelter Program, and Marion Family YMCA. They have also made gifts to Marion General Hospital Foundation’s Spirit of Hope Fund which supports cancer patients and their families who face unexpected burdens. The couple is also a long-time supporter of the Marion Palace Theatre.
Fred is an attorney in Marion with the firm of Spohn, Spohn and Zeigler. He holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati and Ohio Northern University. His areas of legal expertise include estate planning, trusts, and probate, as well as bankruptcy, family law, and personal injury.
