Marion Senior Center Endowment Fund
The Marion Senior Center Endowment Fund was created in 2015 to support the mission and programs of the Marion Senior Center in Marion, Ohio — a place where new friends and long-time friends gather for food, fun, and a host of other activities that will interest almost everyone. The Senior Center has a “home away from home” atmosphere which makes everyone feel comfortable, whether they are here for the first time or have been coming out for years.
Marion County seniors age 60 and up can partake of services such as transportation, including for doctor visits, shopping, beauty/barber shops, and other appointments, supplemental food boxes through Mid-Ohio Food Bank, free fresh produce from the Beacon of Hope Food Pantry of Marion County, and a wide variety of activities, recreation, and social events.
By coming to the Senior Center, seniors can enjoy any of the activities that are planned for the day, which may include exercise classes, dance classes, sports, arts and craft projects, trivia, cards, puzzles, billiards, Bingo, travel, book club, entertainment, hot lunches, health checks, and much more.
The Marion Senior Center is located at 2375 Harding Highway East, Marion, Ohio.
