Frank & Kathy Conley Family Fund
Frank & Kathy Conley Family Fund is a field of interest fund created in 2023 by Marion Community Foundation’s Data Manager, Kathy Conley. Kathy’s fund honors the memory of her husband, Franklin (“Frank”) Conley, and their two children, Jennifer and Frank Jr.
Frank was born in Salyersville, Kentucky, in 1944. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He worked in various fields and was the owner of the former Court Grille in Marion. Frank passed in 2015.
Kathy has been with the Foundation since November of 2020. Prior to that she was employed by GTE, Verizon, and Frontier for over 40 years, retiring as a manager of Financial Planning & Analysis/Accounting. After a brief time as a contractor for Verizon, she was the Transportation Coordinator for the Marion Senior Center before joining the Foundation staff to manage our data needs.
This field of interest fund will support and fund programs and organization for animal welfare in Marion County, Ohio, including programs and organizations supporting the care and conservation of wildlife.
