Ed & Vicki Bell Scholarship Fund

The Ed & Vicki Bell Scholarship Fund was created in 2018 as legacy fund. It will provide scholarships to support graduates of Marion County high schools in their junior, senior, or graduate level college program to pursue a career in education.
