Carey Family Scholarship Fund
The Carey Family Scholarship Fund was created in 2018 by Max and Luanne Carey in 2018 and supports students pursuing degrees in agriculture, business, or education.
Max, originally from De Graff, Ohio, is a graduate of Riverside High School and The Ohio State University. The Carey’s have owned and operated Max Carey Construction in Prospect, Ohio, since 1977 and specialize in modular homes.
The Carey Scholarship is awarded to students from any high school located in Marion County, provided they have been a Marion County resident for at least the two years prior to applying. Students, whether high school seniors or college students, must have earned and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or greater.
